Think Differently.
Did You know that ADHD allows an individual to think differently to others? It allows people to manage multiple projects with ease and allows them to see a more wholistic view of a project often linking ideas together to give a better experience. They also work extremely well under tight impossible deadlines. If you combine this with Dyslexia which is a totally different way to wire someone's brain it produces a person who can manage multiple projects, under extreme pressure and deadlines, while having an overview most people would struggle to understand. They can also see a project in 3D allowing them to see solutions to problems no one has thought of yet.
They may not have the detailed programming or engineering knowledge to solve the problem directly but often they can spark the idea that leads the team to the solution much quicker. An example of this is an idea I was told was impossible to solve by the programmer after a quick meeting to discuss my way of doing it I was told the developer would think about it. An hour later after being told it was impossible he came to tell me he had sorted it and it was implemented for the customer.
